Desperado--An excelent buck acquired from Dragonfly Farms on July 3, 2007. He was born 3-20-07 and pictured at five and a half months in this photo. He has DSM SIR EDMOND and POWELL/HOLMAN 37N CLASSIC TOOL on top and NELL"S JAKE BRAKE on the dam side. When we went searching for a new Herd Sire prospect with great genetics this young buck was everything we were looking for. Very heavy muscle, great disposition, good bone structure, nice round butt, and that great traditional color will add a lot to our breeding program. We plan on using him on FERDINAND offspring and some young fullblood does we have recently purchased.

Ferdinand--Our main Herd Sire born 1-16-06 and pictured at a year and a half. We purchased him from Mel and Dorris Uphoff the summer of 2006. He has been a great addition to our herd with increased weaning weights and his powerful genetics. He has added great length and muscle along with a tremendous amount of dark red color to his offspring. We really like his kids and are looking forward to more out of him in the future."
